Terms and conditions
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch the order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Orders are processed and dispatched in strict rotation. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days, once dispatched delivery is normally next day but this is not a guaranteed service. Orders from the Republic of Ireland will generally take a little longer. If however you have not received your order within 3 days of notification of dispatch, please contact us.
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you before deciding how to proceed.
Taxable items have 20% VAT (sales tax) added.
Delivery charges when ordering online are calculated by weight and some larger items by volume. Surcharges may apply in certain areas.
Shortages/Damaged item:
Please check your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any shortages or damage. We will not be held responsible for shortages if notified later than 48 hours after receipt.
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.
